3D sign for plywood bath

The bathhouse is a great place to relax alone or with your family and a fun friendly company. In order for the bathhouse to be really convenient to use, it needs to be equipped with a variety of accessories; hangers, buckets, lamps, also decorate your bath with beautiful signs. You can make a beautiful exterior or interior sign yourself do it yourself.
I decided to make beautiful plates in the steam room in the bathhouse and outside on the bathhouse.

Instruments:

1. Plywood (10 mm);
2. Grinding machine;
3. Screws and a screwdriver;
4. Drill and Drill (2 mm, 8 mm);
5. Car battery and nichrome wire;
6. Adhesive tape and scissors;
7. Transfer paper;
8. PVA glue;
9. Varnish for the Olimp sauna.

First step:
First, I surfed the Internet and found a tablet I liked.

And after that, with the help of the special program “PlaCard 2.16 - Advanced”, I enlarged the plate three times and printed it on A4 paper on three sheets.

Second step:
After I printed the tablet. I glued it with tape and transferred it to plywood using transfer paper.

Third step:
Using a battery and not a chrome wire, I burned out letters and a patterned board.

Fourth step:
I cleaned the front side of the letters and the patterned board on the grinder.

Fifth step:
I cut a board from plywood with dimensions (58 cm by 11 cm) and then polished it. I glued letters to it on PVA glue and secured it on the other hand with screws for reliability.

Sixth step:
Then I glued this board with the inscription on PVA glue to the main board with a pattern and, on the other hand, fastened it with screws also for reliable holding.

Seventh step:
After the glue has dried, PVA coated the finished plate with two-layer varnish for Olimp saunas.

The eighth step:
I tied a rope to the finished plate for hanging on the wall.
All 3D plate is ready.

Because of the principle, I made another plate “The Royal Bathhouse”.

About 5, 6 hours cut out plywood
How much did it take to cut this way? All the same, plywood is not polystyrene
