Recently, boards for small children developing motor skills and thinking have come into fashion. Bizibord (from English busy-busy, board-board) is a board on which various household objects are fixed latches, wheels, springs, ropes, switches. Young children really enjoy playing with all of these items.
The master also decided to make such a board for her child.

Step One: Cutting Material
The master designed some of the objects on a computer. Doors, labyrinth, button, etc. You can download the cutting template.
Sends material for laser cutting.
Step Two: The Basis
The base of the board is made of two glued plywood 6 mm sheet. Also, the master glued two halves of the maze.
Step Three: Grinding
Grinds the elements of the board.
Step Four: Painting
It paints the surface of the board and the part.
Step Five: The Maze
Collects a maze. Applies glue to bonded surfaces and fixes it with a nail on the back.
Step Six: Gears
Collects gears on a hairpin.
Seventh step: assembly
First, the master places on the board all the objects that he plans to fix.
Screws the door. Fixed wooden parts screw on.
Gathers a fork.
Drills holes for fasteners.
Fixes parts.
Fixes a labyrinth and lightnings.
On the reverse side of the board, opposite the fixed wooden parts, screws are screwed. Paints the back of the board.
The development board is ready.
