Choosing a Flashlight

I would like a flashlight on February 23rd. Reliable, bright, good ... I found little information on the Internet. Or I can’t search.
Could you give a link to any articles on pocket flashlights or their choice? Or just answer the questions. Namely, I'm interested in:
1) What are the best LEDs / LED arrays? (What to look for?)
2) What additional features can be and are they useful? (Lens, strobe, something else)
3) Are there rechargeable flashlights? Do they have advantages over batteries?
4) Just advise a good, compact and inexpensive flashlight
