Do-it-yourself flashlight Faraday from a syringe

Hello to all lovers homemade. In everyday life, lighting devices play a big role, and in those places where there is no power supply or the ability to charge the battery of a flashlight, you have to look for an alternative, but one way or another you can illuminate your path to the cellar at night while hiking for cucumbers with this homemade product, which will be discussed speech in this article. We will talk about the Faraday flashlight, which works regardless of whether there is an electric network in the room or not, also does not depend on batteries and batteries, which significantly saves both money and time for the same charging of the device.

Before reading the article, I recommend watching this video, which shows the principle of operation of this homemade product, as well as its assembly.

In order to make a homemade flashlight Faraday, you will need:
* Medical syringe 20 ml
* Wire
* Electric drill
* Instant glue
* Neodymium magnets
* Electrical tape
* LEDs
* Soldering iron, solder, flux
* A pair of wires
* Cardboard

That's all you need to build this homemade product.

Step one.
The body of our homemade product will be a medical syringe, it is necessary to install two rings of cardboard on it. It’s quite simple to make cardboard rings, circle any round thing, or use a compass to draw a circle on the cardboard and cut it out, the inner diameter must match the diameter of the syringe, you will need two of these rings.

The distance between these cardboard partitions should be equal to or close to the length of the neodymium magnets. We fix these rings on super glue.

Step Two
The main element of this homemade product is the coil, it must be done by wrapping the wire on the syringe without going beyond the rings.

An electric drill copes with this task well, we install a syringe in its chuck with a screw, which is previously threaded into the nozzle of the syringe and tightened with a nut from the outside, and we wind about a thousand turns, after which we fix the second output of the coil with super glue.

Step Three
In order to prevent neodymium magnets from knocking on the walls of the case, we install a rubber gasket from its own rod or, so to speak, piston.

Now we fix the conclusions and strip them with a scalpel, tin, after applying a little flux to the bare end of the wire.

We solder two wires to these conclusions and fix to the syringe using electrical tape.

Step Four
In order for the flashlight to work, you need to solder the LEDs, in this case, these three LEDs are soldered on the board.We solder them to the wires coming from the coil and put neodymium magnets in the syringe. As a result, during reciprocating movements of the syringe, an EMF occurs in the coil due to the fact that the magnets move relative to the coil, which in turn generates a current that powers three LEDs.

That's all for me, this homemade product is ready, but its improvements also take place so that the current is saved and the glow is not so twitchy, you need to install an ionistor on the coil leads or a capacious electrolytic capacitor that will smoothly accumulate and also smoothly give energy to the LEDs.

Thank you all for your attention, all the creative successes.

I would parallelize the LEDs with a conductor at 50 microfarads, to smooth out light pulses
And if you wrap it with an insulating tape? .... Blue! smile
The wire cannot be used for winding coils. Only wire.
something reminds me of these movements ...
