He removed the tension lever, left the lever with the roller, welded a bolt of 10 on the plate, instead of the standard bolts, a plate (removed from a manual grater for rubbing beets for animals) 5 mm thick was screwed to the gearbox with a groove made along the diameter of the gear circle, at the other end of the plate there was a hole with welded factory nut by 12. We tighten the bolt into it and screw it on the other hand with a nut (not shown in the photo, empty thread is visible), this is necessary so that the hook can be easily removed from the bolt. Between two bolts we put a lanyard for a cable tension. A piece of knitting needle is needed to fix the lanyard with the engine running (the lanyard rotates), the spoke can be made in the form of a hook and fixed loosely on the bolt 12 near the lanyard hook. Now, when working with mowing grass, the belt can be adjusted when heating and loosening the tension, or you can set the belt to sizes different from the recommended ones (which we do). If the engine suddenly stops, say, if a stump hits the grass and the rotors hit the stump, you need to loosen the lanyard to start the engine and pull the lanyard again. This device is used by everyone for 3 seasons, before that, as you can see in the photo, the lever and parts were repeatedly digested on the factory tensioner (the lever is even more in worse condition).
