I made this staircase from a metal profile with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm in an amount of 8 pieces snapped one into another. The process somehow did not begin to fix, and so I will tell you briefly.
I had to redo it several times so far, picked it up and fixed the errors. The first staircase in the photo from 0.3 mm turned out to be light and beautiful, but the steps of GOST did not pass. Then I used a profile of 0.5 mm with the addition of foam in the entire structure in terms of shape and thickness of the profile, which added slightly in weight. He closed the ends with wooden plugs from maple; he did not close the steps with anything. He made corners (the greatest time was spent on them) and fixed them on the profile with rivets. Weight of 100 kg withstands confidently without squeaking and "wobbles".
