Hello everybody. Welding lithium batteries requires contact welding. The old 800-watt microwave was lying around this trance and I will use it. The primary winding from below, I removed the secondary winding from above. I cut it off with a grinder, having previously inserted a knife between the windings so as not to injure the primary one. For a new winding, I purchased 1 meter of cable 25 mm, will no longer fit. It is necessary to wind two turns.
For the base and the welding lever, I took two wooden bars.
For welding, it is necessary to close the primary winding with a switch for a few seconds.
For a block of 10 batteries, you need to buy plastic fasteners; you can assemble any number of cans from it.
Welding batteries must be a special tape
I made the welding contacts from copper bars for the assembly of electric machines
The finished assembly looks like this.
Thank you all for your attention.
