Step One: Frame
First you need to make a frame. The master makes a frame from a pine board. Slices boards of the desired length. Scolds.
Using a conductor, drills holes. Assembles a frame.
From the board cuts the bars. Rounds them off and polishes them. Screws them to the inner perimeter of the frame.
Turns the frame over and polishes the boards on the front side.
Step Two: The Headboard
The head of the master was made of plywood with a wooden frame. LEDs are installed in the upper part of the frame.
Slices a plywood sheet. At the bottom of the sheet, in the corners, cuts out two squares.
In the bars of the frame, selects a groove. In the upper bar makes a groove for the LED strip.
From acrylic cuts stripes. Lightly coat them with white paint.
Collects part of the head.
Adheres LED strip. Sets acrylic stripes.
Checks LED strip.
Cut a hole for the wire.
Step Three: Feet
Slices four bars. Wooden squares are screwed to the ends of the bars. Covers legs with Danish oil. Rubber pads are screwed to the supporting (end) parts of the legs.
Step Four: Build
Strengthens the frame with an oblique bar in the corners.
Screws the support beam to the frame.
The headboard is covered with Danish oil.
Screws the legs.
Screws the head to the frame.
Screws the supporting bars. Installs plywood.
It remains to install a mattress and the bed is ready.
