Hello everybody. Contact welding I collected. I am starting to assemble powerful charging stations of 10 batteries while they are without a case, I need to think of what to do. To assemble the batteries there are such plastic cases, they are single and there are 20 batteries where I do not remember where I took it.
We weld the batteries of 10 each, wrap them with tape or put them in heat shrink if there is such a size.
From above we solder the charging unit with microUSB and, on the other hand, the unit for charging the phone with a large usb.
It takes so long to charge. On the block with microsus there is an LED indicator that lights up red and when the unit is charged up to 4.2V lights up in green. On the other block, a red LED is lit until the end of the discharge, those up to 2.4V.
Thank you all for your attention. This unit can charge the phone 10 times and 5 times the tablet.
