Step One: Base and Platform
Assembles two frames from PVC pipes and fittings, as in the photo. One frame will be a support, the second frame will be a rotating platform. The outer perimeter of the platform, less than the inner perimeter of the support. In the middle of the short sides of the support, a knee is placed.

Step Two: Racks
Cuts off a PVC pipe rack. In racks, drills several through holes. Installs racks in tees of supports.

Step Three: Installing the Platform
The platform on the racks will be bolted. Drills holes in the sides of the platform. Secures the bolts to the uprights. Installs, on bolts, the platform and fixes with nuts. The platform must rotate freely.

Step Four: Engine
Now you need to prepare the platform rotation system. For his device, the wizard uses a 24 V printer engine. Secures the engine to the pipe. A PVC corner is attached to the motor shaft. A piece of pipe is attached to the corner, which will play the role of a lever. Thus, the rotational movement of the motor shaft will be converted into a reciprocating lever. At the top of the lever, the master drills a series of holes. Using them, you can adjust the angle of the platform.
