Step One: Insole
First you need to make a base for winding the wire. The master cuts out the insole one size smaller from cardboard. For example, if you have 43 size, then you need to cut out the insole 42 size.
Further along the edge of the insole a hole punch makes perforation.
Step Two: Copper Wire
Slices two pieces of copper wire. Five meters on each insole.
Coils the wire over the entire surface of the insole. You can make more turns in those places where the legs are most frozen.
Cuts two more insoles from thin cardboard. Sticks them on top of the heating element.
Strips the ends of a copper wire with a sandpaper. Solder the ends of the wire. The joints are insulated by heat shrink.
Glue glues the edge of the wire on the insole, glues a piece of material on top. Solders plugs to the ends of wires.
Step Three: Battery
Connects two batteries in parallel. Wraps them with electrical tape.
Step Four: Installation
According to the photo, it mounts the chain.
A switch and a connector with a diode fixes tape to the battery.
Step Five: Testing
According to the master, tests have shown that insoles, at full power, work approx. 4 hours. But in fact, time is more the way they need to be turned on periodically, as the legs cool.
Step Six: Install Insoles
