Step Two: Twelve Blocks
All dimensions in the drawings are in inches. Starts by assembling twelve blocks. For these blocks, only on two faces is color indicated. Two block panels have a semicircular cutout. The master rounds off the workpiece using a grinding machine. Further collects blocks. The following panels are needed for one unit: 9 X 9 - 2 pcs., 9 X 8.75 - 1 pcs., 8.75 x 8.75 - 1 pcs., 8.75 x 5.75 - 2 pcs. A rail and a semicircular board are glued along the edge. The side walls are fixed first with masking tape, then the joints are coated with glue from the inside.
