Basis: ATX BP on PWM TL494. Adjustable for voltage and current. I think it makes no sense to describe the alteration of the ATX, there is a lot of information on the Internet, I reworked according to this scheme:
The predecessor had automatic operation on reaching 15 volts (auto Battery). In this option, I refused automation. During operation, it turned out that the automation is triggered when the programmed voltage is reached, but the charge does not occur to the desired value. Now I put 15 V and 5 A on the ultrasonic control and when the charge is reached, the amperage drops, the battery takes as much as he needs, the automation is not needed, an extra freeloader in the circuit.
I took out a gift box (on February 23, 2015) for small things, tried on a converted board from ATX, prepared the tools, components and started manufacturing.
From the duty room I made a 5 volt output for charging a smartphone, tablet, etc.
