And we will do a recoil device for the car. It will be a very interesting and not quite ordinary wheel chock for a car, or as it is also called - a shoe, it will be with its zest.

To make the shoe we need:
1.4 mm steel;
2. The metal bar;
3. The welding machine;
4. The grinder;
5. Vise;
6. The hammer;
7. Spray paint;
8. 4 nuts;
9. A pair of bolts;
10. Pliers;
11. Vehicle (for checking the recoil device).
I am sure that almost every home master has something in the likeness of some kind of box or even a certain case, where all the remains of unnecessary junk are usually dumped.
The author of this homemade product just has one. Now we’ll try to make something useful out of this.
So, let's get started with such a steel sheet.
This is 4 mm thick steel. On this metal piece we need to mark 3 blanks. The first will be 10 cm, the second 17, and the third 20 cm. We mark the necessary distances with a ruler and marker.
Then firmly clamp a piece of metal on a workbench and using a grinder, cut it according to the marks previously applied with a marker.
Now they need to be cleaned and put in a decent condition, and we will continue further production.
As a result, we got such billets in the amount of 3 pieces.
They roughly assembled our construction and clamped it all on top with a Chinese magnetic corner.
Now let's work with a welding machine.
We turn on the welding machine and start welding.
Then we remove the excess.
And at this stage, we get such a blank here.
In order to continue to squeeze the maximum out of it and make our device as convenient as possible, take a bar 8 mm thick.Let's mark it in certain parts, and cut off the excess.
Turn the resulting piece of the bar with the letter “P”. It is most convenient to carry out a p-shaped bend, holding the metal rod in a vise. Then, with a few taps of the hammer, bend it in the shape of the letter "P".
Now, taking two nuts and screwing on each bolt, we place them inside this shoe. And we fix them with a welding machine. And also fix our metal letter "P" to these two screws.
At this stage of manufacturing, we get such a device here.
It is already fashionable to use for its intended purpose. But let's not rush and we will finish our homemade work a little more.
The first thing we will do now is small notches. We will create them using the electrode of the welding machine. They are needed so that we have better traction with the wheel of the car.
The second addition will be a pen. You need to come up with some kind of handle on the back, or something like that, so it would be more convenient to take our homemade recoil device.
The author decided to make a handle from the remains of a steel sheet. To do this, he secured the steel in a vice and gave it the necessary shape.
Well, in the final stage, we clean and paint this whole thing.
For painting, the author chose green paint.
We wait until the paint is completely dry and look at the product in its finished form.
Our recoil device for the car is completely ready, and now we will test it. If you use it like a normal counter-rollback, then with small vibrations it will give a back and roll back itself.
But if we make a little additional changes (we expand the p-shaped addition), then this device will work in a completely different way.
Here is such an interesting device we got in the end. The point is, when we hit the bracket with a wheel, we completely block the entire structure and are no longer afraid that it will roll back. Thus, even now changing wheels winter-summer, since spring has come, you can protect yourself well.
