Hello to all lovers homemade. Often you have to paint your various homemade products, but it happens that a spray can is not always enough and you have to go for the next to the store. After a little thought, it was decided to make a reusable spray can with paint, which can be refilled in home conditions and as necessary add and change the color of the paint. It is also more convenient to spray paint in hard-to-reach places, but in contrast to the spray gun you will not need to be tied to a compressor with a hose.

In order to make a refillable spray can with paint, you will need:
* Metal clamp with sizes 64-67
* Valve for tubeless wheels
* Sheet metal strip
* A pair of M4 bolts
* Welding machine, electrodes
* Personal protective equipment, gaiters, welding mask
* Angle grinder, cutting disc
* Electric drill
* Vise
* Drill for metal 10 mm and 6 mm
* Compressor to check

Step one.
The principle of operation of the can with reusable use is based on the injection of air through the nipple, so in this homemade product this will be the main task - to attach a valve with a nipple so that it does not let air through. To do this, take a clamp, which just fits in diameter to the spray can and weld two bolts to it at the edges.
Before you weld the bolts to the clamp, you need to cut off the heads from them, thereby making threaded rods out of them. You can cut off the caps from the bolts using an angle grinder, and if it is not, then a hacksaw for metal to help.
When working with an angle grinder, be careful, use personal protective equipment, gloves, safety glasses.
Step Two
After the studs are ready, they need to be fixed on the clamp. We fix the clamp in a vise and weld studs to it on both sides so that there are no burns in the clamp, we try to weld it with tacks for a short time, so it is more likely that the metal will not burn. When working with the welding machine, be careful, do not forget to wear a protective welding mask and gaiters.
Step Three
The studs are welded, now you need to make a clamp from the metal strip.Using an angle grinder, we saw off a strip of sheet metal to the desired length, which is equal to the diameter of the can, plus a little bit to screw the plate to the studs.
Three holes need to be drilled in this plate, one of them in the middle with a diameter of 10 mm, the other two at the edges with a diameter of 6 mm. Drilling holes is easiest and most convenient with a drilling machine.
When working on a drilling machine, be careful, wear safety glasses, but gloves in this case are best removed.
Step Four
In the hole made in the middle, insert the valve for tubeless wheels, after which we insert the plate into two holes at the edges and press the nuts all the way.
You can check the tightness of the connection using a compressor, pour water into the convex part of the container and apply a pressure of about four atmospheres to the valve, if there are no bubbles, then everything is fine, there is no need to tighten the nuts more.
After a successful leak test, we punch a hole in the middle of the bottom with a nail, then make a larger hole in a circular motion so that paint can be poured there. After pouring the paint into the spray can, wipe the bottom dry to maintain tightness.
Step Five
It's time to check this homemade product for performance. Pour paint into the balloon through the hole made in the bottom, wipe the bottom with a dry cloth and then screw the plate with the valve back into place.
Using a compressor, we pump pressure of about three atmospheres into the can.
After that, we turn the can into working position and try to paint the sheet of metal with our homemade device. As you can see, the spray can spray paint, yes, not like the factory, but to paint any homemade product will be enough, especially since it can always be refilled.
