To make such a crane is not difficult, it is even very simple. The whole structure is welded from steel square pipes. As for the working body, it is used as it. The manufacturing process of the crane:
Step one. Frame
The frame is welded from square steel pipes. Of course, the stand and base should be as strong as possible. In order to be able to change the angle of the boom, we drill holes in the rack and boom and weld the pipes into their places as bushings. This design creates a reliable connection. All this is connected by a steel rod or a bolt with a nut. The base is a cross. We strengthen the rack with pipe sections.
We fasten the wheels to the base so that the crane can be transported with cargo. These wheels are installed on garbage cans (but better not to steal).
Step Two Jack
To install the jack, you need to prepare the stops on the boom and on the rack. The stops should be movable, since the angle of the jack during the operation of the crane will change. After painting, the crane is ready for testing. From the author, he easily lifts a motorcycle weighing 318 kg. In the end, the author strengthened the stance and arrow a little more.
