A stylish table lamp was made by the Master. The manufacture of such a lamp takes a little time and does not require special skills, and instead of expensive machines, you can use more affordable tools.
To make the lamp, the master used the following
Tools and materials:
-Plywood;
-Red tree;
-Veneer;
-Heat-shrink tubing;
-Switch;
-Power Supply;
- Electric jigsaw;
-Milling machine;
Cutters;
Grinding machine;
-Iron;
-Soldering accessories;
-Drill;
-Pencil;
-Gon;
-Roulette;
-Double sided tape;
-Drilling machine;
- Clamps;
-Knife;
-Scissors;
-Chisel;
-The wire;
Step One: Frame
From the plywood sheet, the master cuts a rectangle of 30.5 * 37 cm. He cuts off the corners of the workpiece in a semicircle.
Cut two more of the same workpiece. The blank cuts out the middle. Grinds. Glues three blanks together.
Step Two: Veneer
Cuts a strip of veneer in width slightly larger than the frame. Glues the veneer to the inside of the frame. Trim the edge.
Step three: install the lamp
Drills a wire hole in the frame. Makes a hole for the switch. Screws the lamp. Sets the switch. Lays the wire along the groove on the outside of the frame. Glues the veneer to the rest of the frame.
Step Four: Prop
Now it remains to make a support for the lamp. The support is carved from mahogany.
