Homemade buggy

Good day dear friends.
In this not big article I will tell you about how I do it yourself assembled a buggy based on the Japanese auto 1992 year.

The story began in the winter of 2016, I then worked in a car service, and on one November evening I was bored of sitting in the garage box. And then it occurred to me purely spontaneously the idea of assembling a homemade buggy, especially since I already had a motor and gearbox (4s-fe and 4-speed automatic). And then I caught fire. I began to make a frame, I put the motor with the box, and began around it I began to cook the iron monster frame from iron square pipes. After the bottom of the frame was welded, I proceeded to build a suspension, which was also a motor with a box borrowed from a 1992 Japanese car. Front and rear I installed a Mark Pherson, put disc brakes with a vacuum booster, also installed 2 gears from Mark 2. The engine cooling was installed from March.

In general, the work was done very much, and enough money was invested, I won’t describe all the work done, I went over only the most basic. If you are very interested in it, I will tell you in detail.

There is very little information, there are no informative photos at all. Mark Pherson with one owl, all he could see, a front-wheel drive semi-cab. This is not a buggy at all. It’s hard to interest in such a craft. Everything was clumsy, in the place, don’t be offended, but there’s nothing to brag about.
