Good day to all! Today I would really like to tell you about how you can make a small maze in the style of "Super Mario" for small home animals. In my opinion, this homemade It will be incredibly interesting for those lucky ones who have a small pet at home (hamster and mouse). This idea was invented and implemented by the author from The Q channel. Well, let's get started!

To build such a maze you will need:
From materials:
1. several sheets of cardboard (any size)
2. one large sheet of cardboard with frames 70 to 120 (if you do not have such a large sheet of cardboard, you can use a sheet of 3 mm plywood, which can be found in any OBI)
3. set of paints
4. sheet of glass or plastic with dimensions 70 to 120
5. 10 magnets (neodymium)

From tools: ruler, screwdriver, pencil, knife, hot glue

The first step is to make platforms on which your pet will run. First you need a ruler and a pencil. From a sheet of cardboard you need to cut a sheet of cardboard with a width of 12 centimeters and a length of 32.

On both sides (32 cm), it is necessary to mark strips of 4 cm, then 12 cm, 4 and 12 cm. After that, mark the lines with lines. Now the knife needs to be drawn along these lines, cutting only half. This is necessary so that the workpiece can be easily bent.

After that, two strips with dimensions of 16 by 4 cm will need to be cut from a piece of cardboard. After cutting, the strips are glued to hot glue.

After that, the platform is very easy to assemble.

Such platforms will need about seven pieces. The lengths of each platform are: 16 cm (it was made at the beginning), two of 20 cm, one of 4 cm, 120 cm, 48 cm and 44 cm.

On a large sheet of cardboard it is necessary to mark the places for gluing.

Now all platforms need to be glued to hot glue "according to the purchased tickets."

Now we need to cut ladders from a piece of cardboard. Then - strips of 16 cm in length.

After cutting, you need to glue everything, as the author shows in the photo

Such ladders will need two, and another ladder, only one-sided. They also need to be glued.

After the glue cools down, the most interesting part lies ahead - coloring. The sky is in blue. The dungeon is black. The steps are gray and the platforms are red.

Using a marker, you can draw bricks and various patterns on platforms.

As you may have noticed, on one of the platforms made earlier there were holes from the top and bottom. These are the holes for the pipe that leads into the dungeon.

To make it, you need to draw two circles with a compass (one - 3.5 cm, and the other - 4.5), and then cut the workpiece. Two of them will be needed. Now you need to cut a strip 10 cm wide and remove the top layer from it. Still need a strip of paper 6 cm wide. After this, the design needs to be assembled, as the author shows.

Now it can be painted. (E.g. green)

After the paint dries, it will need to be installed in its rightful place.

And of course, what a "Super Mario" without a castle!

Also, if desired, you can make these mushrooms (they will be like additional platforms (each width is 4 cm)

Now - the final elements of the decor)

From cardboard it is necessary to cut the side walls and the top. Platforms "Start" and "Finish" can be made with any size.

Now you need to make these mounts for glass or plastic. They are made of squares with dimensions of 3 cm by 3 cm. After cutting, they must be glued to the corners.
