Step One: Wood Lining
Measures the distance from the piston plunger (with the recessed stem) to the edge. Saw off two planks in size.
On one of the strips makes a markup. Combines two slats. Drills hole marks.
In one of the pads cuts round holes. These holes will store spare ammunition.
Covers pads with stain.
Step Two: Shoulders
On a classic crossbow, the shoulders play the role of a kind of spring. For the purposes of the master, such force is not needed and his shoulders are motionless from the board. The shape of this part is similar to racing car, especially since clips will be installed on it.
Marks up the board. Cuts a part. Drill holes. Grinds.
Step Three: Rollers
The master removed the rollers from the old trolley. I sawed the axis and pulled out the rollers. Then he drilled a hole.
Step Four: Painting
Paints the shoulders.
Step Five: Altering the Pistol
Next, the master modifies the gun. Drills a hole in the gun bracket. Cuts the bolt to size.
Drills a hole in the handle and tightens the bolt. He puts a spring on the bolt. Drills holes for mounting brackets.
Sixth step: focus
The foreman made a shovel from the handle. Slices a shank from a spade with a handle. Covers the stalk with varnish.
Saw off the L-shaped part from the axis of the plunger. A hole is drilled at the end of the stop. Plays emphasis on the end of the axis of the plunger.
Seventh step: elastic and peeling
It makes skin from a piece of leather. At the edges of the peel cuts holes. Fastens the skin on the elastic with plastic ties.
Step Eight: Build
Starts assembling a crossbow.
Screws on the lining. Tightens the spring. Pre-sets shoulders.Secures the shoulders with clamps. Sets the elastic and checks the crossbow.
After making sure that everything works, the master proceeds to the final assembly. Marks a place for mounting a stirrup. He bolts his shoulders to a crossbow.
Screws the stirrup.
Glue the bolt to the bracket.
Glues the emphasis.
Sets the clips.
To store additional balls, the master ties the tapes to the bolts.
Screws down the drain bracket. Tightens the spring.
Sets elastic bands.
The crossbow is ready. Now you can play with your favorite dog.
