This article will be useful to everyone who has a hedge in the garden. The author of the channel "Made in Poland" will show how he made a tool for cutting bushes. As the basis, he chose the usual chain chainsaw.
Materials
- Nuts, washers, M6 bolts
- Steel strip 25 mm
- Chainsaw.

In general, the idea is very simple. You just need to make a nozzle - a comb for a chainsaw. With it, the branches will not run away from the chain.
Begins to collect. Removes the cover from the chainsaw.
Measures web parameters.
Having chosen a suitable segment of a steel strip, marks it into equal segments.
With the help of a protractor makes markup at 45 degrees.
Clamps the strip in a vice and cuts off the marking with a grinder.
These are the blanks for the "teeth" of the nozzle turned out by the author.
It processes them on a belt sander, smoothing the sharp parts of the faces.
Now, from the same strip marks and cuts the longitudinal tire of attachment of the nozzle to the canvas.
Marks and drills mounting holes.
Lays out the "teeth" on the tire, checking the distance between them, welds all the parts in turn.
Checks the geometry of the finished nozzle.
Everything is ready, secures the nozzle to the canvas with M6 bolts, laying a washer grover. Tightens with a key.
It's time to start the test. Apparently, the author is very pleased with the homemade nozzle.
