Manufacturing process.
An ordinary brand dremel looks like this.
Vladimir had such a blender; he doesn’t even have a speed regulator on it.
With the help of a hacksaw, it cuts off excess body elements.
Using ordinary pliers, removes the standard coupling.
Measures the diameter of the motor shaft - it turns out 5 mm.
Disassembles the case and fills the part from the power button with hot glue.
The button itself is also removed from the board with pliers, although it could have been removed.
He cuts off the excess contacts from the button with side cutters, seals them shortly. A button is also not needed, the instrument will be controlled through an external unit.
Here is the kit that Vladimir bought. This is a mini cartridge and a 5 mm adapter sleeve.
Puts the coupling on the motor shaft, clamps it with an Allen key.
And then puts a cartridge on it.
The key for the cartridge is wrapped with electrical tape to the power cable, so as not to lose.
Bites a wire in a convenient distance.
Disassembles the mounting box. On its cover marks with a pencil the required hole, and cuts it out.
Dismantles the case of the dimmer, installs it in the lid, and fixes it with screws with a press washer.
Stripping wires.
Turns them into a mounting box, solders the connection.
Connects a dimmer.
Closes the box, assembles the dimmer body, snaps the lid.
And, cheers, it worked the first time. Revolutions are regulated normally.
And this is how a simple cutter copes with a piece of wood.
Thanks to Vladimir for an interesting homemade product. The decision is really not bad.Of course, for professional dremel, the number of revolutions per minute reaches 35 thousand, and for a blender - about 20 thousand. But also quite normal.
All the good tools!
