DIY flexor

Hello friends. Each master in the manufacturing process of some design, there were times when you need to bend something, for example: reinforcement, some kind of rod. And for such work, they usually use flexors (it can be bent manually, but it will be difficult and not very even). Searching the Internet, we find huge machines that cost fabulous money. The price of good machines starts from 50 thousand rubles to a lemon and even higher. Therefore, many masters who have a little ingenuity and hands grow where necessary, make their flexors, thereby preserving their precious money. One of these masters is the author of the YouTube channel "AVTO CLASS" I advise you to subscribe to his channel, the author uploads really interesting and useful videos. Maybe you will find something for yourself. Today I will describe the entire process of the author’s work, I’ll leave a video below, after watching which, you will understand in more detail the process of making this homemade. Homemade products will delight you with ease of manufacture and quality work. For this homemade work we will need -

Materials:
1. Two pieces of channel (one smaller, the other larger)
2. A piece of steel bar

Instruments:
1. Durka
2. Drill
3. Drill
4. Welding machine (can be without it)

Step 1: trimming

The main material for the manufacture of this homemade product are two channels of different sizes. They need to be worn for a more pleasant look. With the easy movements of a skillful tool, in the equally skillful hands of the master, the channel turns into almost perfect blanks. Rough edges are cut off, old paint is removed. At the last stage of the channel are ground.

Step 2. Create a flexor

Further, at the channel, angles are cut off less so that nothing prevents moving on the axis. A rectangular notch is cut in the center (seen in the photo). Then holes are made and with their help two channels are connected by a steel rod. For ease of use, a steel rod is welded to the smaller channel (choose the size, at your discretion).

Step 3. Test

That's all. Now we can consider the matter completed. In the end, the resulting homemade product is tested in order to show its capabilities. For testing, the author clamps the workpiece in a vice and bends them with all kinds of piece of iron, such as plates, fittings, etc. (see video). Next, the flexor can be attached to the workbench. As you can see in the video, it bends absolutely everything, of any format, and without much effort. Once again, from a simple and unnecessary materials turned out to be a super tool, an indispensable thing in the household. Thank you for watching. If you liked the article we like it.

Absolutely not the right tool. Well or not in such a performance.
A worthless stray full of g .... Cheaper and more convenient is a simple crocodile or a dog who calls it what.
Found in dictionaries. fool = women bag (criminal term)
What! Well this is how often people in your area include durkee !!! )))))))
P.S. And what is a "turbine"?
In our area, a "turbine" is called a pneumatic tool, 4-6 atm, for working with an end tool (boron, grinding wheel). A cylindrical housing with a diameter of about 30 mm, inside a screw impeller, gives several thousand revolutions.
And I thought Bender was doing (((
This is the same Bulgarian only we have so called
I saw the packaging from the "grinder" in Ukrainian, it was called a "grinder", although I do not remember exactly.
I understand that all who minus thought that it was I who called this device.

Not minus, but I thought so !!! ))))
P.S. And what is a "turbine"? I saw in Ukraine "Repair and sale of tools. Drills, perforators, impellers!"
Probably a Bulgarian, because a large amount of work was done for her, but she is not in the list of tools.
Although, of course, they might have thought correctly ...
Anyway, someone will answer me, what kind of instrument is the first item?

Instruments:
1. Durka
2. Drill
3. Drill
4. Welding machine (can be without it)
I understand that all who minus thought that it was I who called this device.

Well, for some reason ... I, for example, recently faced with the need to often bend metal pins.

Immediately I say, not minus. The logs are like this - if you have to bend a lot, it’s not a tool, but a guano, since there are no limiters for template bending. And for two dozen bends it is too time-consuming. The usual assembly press will cope no worse than this craft.
By the way, once again I come across "minutes" that do not explain this behavior ...
..And there is no technical possibility to prohibit the minus to those who have not yet responded to the comment ...
And then, it turns out ... "Here's a minus to you! And what are you wrong about - .... but I won’t tell you !!! ... I’m blonde! ... I’m purely hysterical!" )))))
Well, for some reason ... I, for example, recently faced with the need to often bend metal pins. (concrete stairs (descent to the basement). There were a lot of pins (scraps of reinforcement). I decided to use them ...
He bent two pipes dressed on them ... He stood on one foot ... Not very convenient, to be honest ...
And what kind of a fool tool is this?
