How to make a very simple radio-controlled toy for taking time

Good day to all dear friends! In today's article, I would like to show you a rather interesting, but at the same time, well, just very easy to implement homemade. True, it is also very light in terms of components. This homemade product is great for just killing leisure time, or for letting your child play. Well, in general, enough of the long preface, let's go!

For this simple homemade product we will need:
- An old control system consisting of a remote control and receiver board, the author uses the simplest and cheapest control system. If you do not have an unnecessary control board and remote control, then you can order them by cheaply buying them from Aliexpress. For 150-200 rubles, it is not difficult to find such a bundle. I may then make an article about similar boards and control panels for your homemade products, a similar article will be about goods from China.
- two DVD discs
-Three small electric motors (the author uses standard mini motors, which are collector by the way)
battery for 3.7–5 volts
battery adapter
- preferably switch
heat shrink
- three small wheels for motors

Of the tools we will also need:
soldering iron
hotmelt

And so, first of all, you need to take one of the DVD discs and attach one of the motors to it as shown in the photo below, then make a mark under the motor with a marker or helium pen. So you need to do 3 times, so that the marks were at an equal distance from each other.

Then we solder two motors to the control board, if they were not soldered initially (if your control board will have a large number of control channels, then all three can be soldered). Now we glue all three electric motors to the disk, observing the markup that was done earlier. In general, we do everything as in the photo below:

To the control board, it is also necessary to solder the connector for your battery (if it has not been installed before).
Then we install and glue the control board, along with the wires to the disk, and simply plug in the battery and put it inside, but so that you can then easily open the contacts:

At the same time, we cover and glue the second disk, either side, the author turned the front side and it looks really good:

We take small wheels (as far as I understand, they were taken from a small toy car) and put them on the shafts of all motors:

That's it! Well, just a very simple homemade day of entertainment and leisure activities is ready and it remains only to test it. To do this, just take the control panel under the board, turn it on and start playing.

I think many will say that home-made is too simple and useless, but sometimes there is a mood when you want to do something very simple, funny and not necessarily useful, literally home-made at once, sometimes it happens to me, but maybe it's just because that I am a lazy person)

Also, this constitution can be calmly finalized and something new done.

Here is a video from the author with a detailed assembly and testing of this homemade product (the author’s channel no longer has this video, so here’s a link to his channel: Author Channel )

Well, thank you all for your attention and good luck in future projects, friends!
