This article will be interesting even to novice craftsmen who have to process various surfaces.
In it, John, the author of YouTube channel "John Heisz - I Build It" will tell you how to make a petal tip on a screwdriver from sandpaper. Tools for this are not very many. You can do with the most primitive. It will be enough hacksaws and a screwdriver.

Manufacturing process.
On a sheet of thick plywood marks a circle with a homemade flat compass. Then cuts the workpiece on a band saw.
It processes the edges of the workpiece on an orbital sander, marks it first at 4, then at 8, and then at 16 parts.
By marking cuts through the seats for the petals of sandpaper. Enough for a third of the radius.
Drills a central hole. This must be done as accurately as possible so that there are no beats.
Slices a piece of sandpaper into strips.
Then marks the petals according to the pattern and cuts 16 pieces.
Pastes petals on polyurethane adhesive.
Leaving to dry overnight, collects the nozzle stock. Tightens it with a key and a screwdriver.
The nozzle is ready, you can process the workpiece!
You can also make nozzles with a different number of petals, and their shapes. It all depends on your tasks. Now you can not run to the store and pick up the nozzle "for yourself"
Thanks to the author for a simple description of the manufacturing process of such a desired nozzle.
Good luck to everyone and good mood!
