A smartphone is a multifunctional device. With it, you can take photos and videos, go online, read books, listen to music, play different games. But is its application limited only by this? We offer several interesting tricks that can expand the scope of use of the phone, as well as make interaction with it more convenient and interesting.
Trick 1. Take pictures with the headset
Many users of modern smartphones on the Android and iOS operating systems (starting from the 5th version and higher) do not know about one useful feature of their gadget when working in the photography mode. Usually, if we want to take a photo, we go into camera mode, point it at the desired object and click the icon on the screen. The phone takes a picture.
However, this method has one big minus: fixing the smartphone with one hand and touching the screen with the other, we shake it at least a little. Because of this, the image often turns out to be blurry, the frame has to be re-shot several times to get something more or less acceptable. In addition, with the second hand we often “fit” into the camera lens and spoil a successful photo.
Manufacturers, improving their products, supplemented the possibilities of the shooting mode. Now by connecting a regular headset (microphone + earphones) - one- or three-button - from your phone model, you can take photos using it. The same applies to iPhones - starting with the iOS 5 operating system: go to camera mode, press the headset button, which is responsible for increasing the volume - and the picture is taken.
Taking pictures using the headset buttons improves the quality of pictures, reduces the number of blurry and fuzzy photographs by several times, and also makes the process more convenient.
Important: not all smartphones support this method. Moreover, connecting the headset from another phone can also negatively affect the result. Before buying, make sure the capabilities of your phone and headset compatibility.
Trick 2. Simple and reliable phone lock
To get truly interesting pictures it is often necessary - to provide a non-standard angle - to fix the phone in unusual places. Here is the easiest way to do this.
We need only a skein of tape and two gum.
We pass the phone through the skein of tape and fasten it with two elastic bands crosswise.First, just put the elastic on the skein diagonally, and then stretch it, cross it and put a new loop on the phone.
