The Wrench often takes apart old power supplies, chargers, and more. Hand gets tired of twisting small bolts. This screwdriver helps solve his problem. There is no tremendous power in it, but it can easily take apart the charge from the phone.
All components can be bought in the radio store of your city (if any), but I will leave links to the main components below.
To create this homemade will need:
1. An empty tube of glue stick (2 pieces)
2. Gear motor
3. 1m wire
4. Small toggle switch (6 contacts)
5. Li-ion 18650 battery
6. Charge / Discharge Controller
7. Charging board
8. Screwdriver with bits
9. Glue
10. A little paper
Let's get started!
1. Take an empty glue stick and drill.
2. We take the 18650 battery and carefully solder the wires to it. You need to solder very quickly, because Strong heat can damage the battery. Use a powerful soldering iron!
3. Solder the controller to the battery and place it inside the tube.
4. We drill a hole in the handle of the tube and insert the toggle switch. Solder the wires to the toggle switch.
5. Solder the wires to the gear motor. We wind some paper on the motor shaft (for sealing). Take the cap and part from another tube, fix the motor with glue.
6. Saw off a part of the screwdriver and fix it to the motor shaft with glue.
7. We glue, paint and finish!
P.S. Using the toggle switch changes the direction of rotation.
The screwdriver can be modified by attaching an LED, adding a switch, or it can be made easier and cheaper if you get rid of the battery and do it from usb or charging a mobile phone.
