Good day to all. It's no secret that there are situations where you need to build some kind of metalwork from reinforcement, for example, for the foundation. And to tie the reinforcement with pliers, it is not fast and tedious. With such a tool, a bunch of fittings will only take a couple of seconds of your time. I hope the article will be useful not only to builders, but also to all lovers to craft something useful do it yourself. And so, the author of the channel “Mr SunY”, who will share with us how and from which this tool can be assembled, became the hero of our article today.
The list of materials that the author used for this tool:
Half an inch metal pipe.
A pair of bolts approximately M 10.
4 nuts to them.
The drill is of such a diameter that it moves freely inside the pipe.
You also need a nut slightly larger than the outside diameter of the pipe.
And yet, one nut is about M 12.
And the first thing the author measured out a piece of 18 cm from the pipe.
After he cut it off.
Then on one edge of the pipe he made a mark of the future hole.
After he made a through hole for the bolts.
Then I installed a bolt in this hole, with a pre-installed nut.
Then I installed another nut on the bolt.
After welded the nuts to the pipe.
Further processed the seams.
After the author took the bolts and ground them under the cone.
Then I installed them in their places.
Before installing the bolts, the author installed one additional nut on them.
Next, a drill was installed.
On a drill a nut with a diameter larger than the pipe.
Then the author welded a nut to the drill.
Then he took an M 12 nut and marked out such a plan.
After he cut off everything unnecessary.
It turned out such a hook.
Fitting.
And after welding this hook, to the nut on the drill.
Then the author cleaned the seams. And all homemade ready.
Such a tool turned out at our hero today.
And at the end, a test from the author.
As you can see in the photo, the tool coped with the task perfectly.
