How to make a speaker yourself

How to make a speaker yourself

For checking radio circuits and simple homemade sometimes you need a speaker, but not always at hand. Now The Wrench will show us how to assemble a simple speaker. do it yourself.

To do this, you will need:
1. Cardboard
2. Neodymium magnets
3. Thin wire (0.2-0.1 mm)
4. Plastic funnel (the size of the speaker depends on it)
5. Nut equal in diameter with magnets
6. Two large plastic bottle caps

If you want to make a speaker and understand its device, then let's get started!

1. Make markings on the funnel and cut out the shape.

2. Connect several magnets and a nut, glue them to the cover. From the other same cover, cut out the ring and glue on top.

3. All this is glued to the horn.

4. We make a copper coil. The author wraps cardboard on a finger-type battery and already winds 50-60 turns of wire on it. He took the wire from an unnecessary electric motor.

If you do not have a motor, look for a transformer. A thin wire transformer can be taken from a charge for a mobile phone. First, disassemble it, and then remove the transformer from the board. One of its windings is wound with a thin wire, then we need it.

5. Cut the form out of cardboard and glue it into the future speaker.

The author also glues a piece of cardboard with a place for soldering wires. It is to them that we will signal the speaker (sound).

6. The final stage. We cut out a circle from cardboard and make a funnel out of it, which should fit snugly inside our structure. Glue it all together and you're done!

They were in the sixties, but not in the twenties.
There were diodes D2, D9 already in the 60s of the last century
They were not accessible to everyone then, but rural craftsmen really wanted to hear the voice of Moscow! smile
There were diodes D2, D9 already in the 60s of the last century. There was no information ...
Yes there wasn’t. Not immediately finished diodes began to do.
Have they even had no diodes?
Apparently they died of old age before something grew up with them.
In vain did you grow and use it, did everything really with your own hands (and used your head very intensively), not from a good life, of course, there were simply no other options!
P.S. Old people will not become young anymore, but you, the time will come, be sure to try our skin on! smile

It’s a pity the transistor can’t do it yourself
And about the cultivation of old ham radio, at home, crystals for detector receivers have not heard? smile
And here is the amplifier Especially for this speaker. It's a pity the transistor itself will not work
most likely, without flexible suspension, the author turned out to be an RF emitter
Rather no! smile
In the distant adolescence I was making a miniature speaker
I also remember, only the capsule was DEMSH-1A! smile
most likely, without a flexible suspension, the author turned out to be an RF emitter =)
In the distant adolescence, I made a miniature speaker from the DMSh-1 capsule for the receiver, but in those days it was problematic to get something small. The sound quality of such a speaker is very doubtful.
There are many similar crafts, but for the first time I see so neatly and in detail executed.
A work from the series: When a cat has nothing to do, he licks his eggs! :-))
no no, the source of all is not Ketai at all =)
a package with a speaker from Ketai will reach
But is China the only source of everything and everything, including the speaker? smile
Well, what is faster - a parcel with a speaker from Ketai will come, or, to hack the loud-speaking head yourself? =))

Yeah, but everything else, including time, is always in bulk! smile
