How to make a walking robot toy

The Wrench has assembled a simple walking robot toy. Now let's see how he did it.

In order to make a robot we need:
1. Plywood
2. Steel wire
3. 2 Cron type batteries
4. Electric gear motor
5.2 gears (one smaller and the other larger)
6. Switch or button
7. Connector for crown
8. Ballpoint pen refill
9. Wire

Let's start creating homemade!

1. Cut out several triangles from plywood of the required sizes and drill holes in them.

2. Cut a rectangle from plywood and glue it with two triangles.

3. Take the steel wire, pass it through the hole in the plywood. Do not forget to put on a big gear.

4. We take 1 crown and we relieve it of contacts with the help of pliers. We glue it to the plywood, and on top we mount the motor.

5. Cut two more pieces from the steel wire and insert into the remaining holes. Cut 6 small rectangles of plywood and fasten them on a wire. For better bonding, use a ballpoint pen rod.

6. On the axes, glue the remaining 2 triangles in the same way.

7. Solder the wires between the switch, the motor and the connector for the crown. We fix the battery.

8. All parts are securely sealed and decorated with a robot.

9. Painting and done.

P.S. Instead of plywood, you can use textolite, thick cardboard or plastic.
