Change of activity helps to take a break from routine business and switch from working days to weekends. Let's work a little with our head and “stir” our brain, solving logical problems.
So, dear detectives, let's get started!
Here are 5 simple puzzles (mostly criminal) suggested by Real Shock. The answer to them can be given in a minute or two, if you think carefully. We train the brain, so we think for ourselves and do not peep anywhere. Anyone who knows the guesses, do not suggest.
The correct answers can then be viewed in the source.
Let's start with a simple one.
Riddle 1. Father and son
Father and son travel on car and have an accident.
The father dies on the spot, and the son remains alive. He is in serious condition urgently taken to the hospital for surgery. The main surgeon enters the operating room, where the boy is, and says: "I can’t operate on this patient, this is my son."
Question: How is this possible?
Riddle 2. Killer and 3 rooms
The brutal killer is sentenced to death.
Subsequently, however, he is given the chance to replace the death penalty with life imprisonment. He is invited to enter one of the three chambers, in two of which death awaits him. Only one of them will be able to save the life of the criminal, because it will be safe.
The first room is engulfed in fire, in the second there are hungry lions who have not been fed for several months, and in the third there are killers armed with pistols.
Question: which of the rooms should the killer choose to stay alive.
Riddle 3. Imitation of suicide
Police arrive at the crime scene. In one of the rooms of the apartment, a dead man with a shot head lies on the floor. Near the body is a gun.
On the table is a cassette recorder with a cassette inserted.
At first glance, everything looks like suicide.
The detective presses the play button on the tape recorder.
The recording begins to play, and on it you can hear a male voice say: “Life has become too hard.I can not take it anymore". Then comes the sound of a shot, after which there is silence.
However, the detective only grinned, after hearing the message to the end. He does not believe the record, because he already understands: suicide was imitated. In fact, the victim was killed.
Question: how did the detective understand this?
Riddle 4. Hostages and parachutes
The criminal captures the plane with ten passengers on board (whom he takes hostage) and a huge amount of money stolen.
Soon, authorities contacted him. The criminal requires 11 parachutes from them. Authorities comply with his requirement and deliver parachutes on board.
The plane takes off, after which the criminal kills all the hostages, so that no one could subsequently identify him.
Then he put on one of the parachutes and jumped out of one of the aircraft.
Question: why did he demand 11 parachutes for himself if he used only one?
Riddle 5. Death in a closed room
Police come to call.
They enter a closed room and find a hanged man there.
There is no indoor environment. The room is completely empty. Only on the ceiling is a chandelier on which, in fact, the body hangs.
The detectives checked all the doors and windows, but they were closed.
No sign of the presence of another person. Only on the floor, under the feet of a hanged man, they find a small puddle.
What happened here? - the police are perplexed. Everything indicates that this is suicide, but how could a person hang himself? After all, the height - to the floor - on which the body hangs is very significant, so he could not jump into the loop himself.
And yet, soon the case was closed, because there really was a suicide.
Question: how did a person in the room hang himself?
I hope everyone has coped with the proposed riddles, and distracted from everyday problems.
Have a nice weekend!
