Street heated box for cat

Good day to all.
In this section, I want to share one of the options for a homemade heated street booth for cats.

1. Box of the desired size from the boards:

We make a partition with a cutout to divide the sections (to reduce heat loss and snow falling into the compartment with heating in the winter. I made a round cutout with an electric jigsaw.

2. The cover is attached to the box with hinges (for convenience of access to the box itself, if necessary).
.

3. Cut out from the insulation (on a dense foam base) in size to the bottom of the booth (to reduce heat loss in cold winter, windy and snowy days).

4. On this insulation laid in 2 layers of isolon (infrared heat reflecting substrate for a warm floor).

5. Next, I prepared the size of the infrared film floor CALEO PLATINUM (it is not afraid of locking because it is self-regulating). I laid in 4 layers because in harsh street winter conditions when the temperature can drop to -30 or -40, then from one layer there will be no sense at all.

And 4 layers warm very well. Up to such a quantity it was necessary to increase the experiment until the desired heat result was achieved.
Further, all these 4 layers of infrared floors were connected by soldering. But it is possible with clamps. I personally prefer a reliable and durable connection in electrical wiring. And packed in cellophane film which is sold in the construction and horticultural departments.

6. The wire is brought out.

7. We warm the floor with a carpet (cut to size). It is desirable that the reverse side was rubberized. To minimize the ingress of moisture on the film floor from melted snow, etc.

8. We close the edges with plastic corners which are used to seal the bath between the tiles.
To minimize the ingress of moisture on the film floor from melted snow, etc.

9. Next, we make an additional platform that simply lies on the carpet, on which cats can be if it is hot in the main area. When it isn’t very cold outside, it will be hot for the animal on such a floor without this additional area under which there is a small gap due to packed thin slats (as in the photo).

10.Inside the booth, we finish the insulation from the insulation (on a dense foam base) in the main section as in the photo (in order to reduce heat loss).

11. The booth is ready.
Above you can put covering material (slate, profiled sheet, andulin, etc.) so that street precipitation does not fall into the booth.

12. Inside you need to make a curtain. So that snow and wind do not get into the booth and minimize heat loss.
I made from tarpaulin (this material is reliable and durable, windproof and windproof).

Question (I’m not familiar with warm floors): how much energy does "eat"?
