Manufacturing process.
The master begins to prepare the workplace, lays ceramic tiles. After all, you will have to work with a gas burner in order to solder all the connections. He will use flux for reliable and high-quality soldering.
First of all, he prepared all the elements for the sole of the frame. Then he carefully missed all the joints with flux.
Now, preheating the junction, it touches the wire from tin, soldering it.
All joints of the sole are soldered, the remnants of the flux are washed off, and the structural element cools.
Then it begins to form the beginning of the vertical part, passing to it with the help of corners, then sets the transverse stiffener.
Now it collects another connection with a tee in the middle, it will be needed to install a decorative element.
Now the assembly of the last part of the frame, a funnel with a filter will be installed in it.
The frame is assembled, the master solders the joints, adjusting the geometry of the structure.
Inserts several bushings into the funnel holder, adjusting the funnel nose to the diameter.
Solder joint.
From a funnel-shaped adapter, he plans to make a place for storing spoons. Inserts it into the tee and solders.
The frame is ready, on the adapter to enhance the decor, the master tries on a spiral made of a copper tube.
Then marks, core and drills places for soldering the edges of the tube.
These are the holes.
Marks and drills a hole for installing a similar spiral; it is designed to store coffee filters.
He puts the first spiral in place, solders the joints.
Installs the second spiral, solders it.
All draft work is completed, the design already looks very interesting.
Now the master has a long and thorough cleaning of the remnants of solder. First, it cleans the joints with various files, and then with the help of sandpaper, gradually reducing its grain size.
To speed up the process, this could be done not manually, but with the help of power tools and special grinding nozzles. When using a felt disk and GOI paste, you can achieve a mirror shine.
Most likely, the author protected the copper surface from oxidation by coating it with a transparent aerosol varnish.
As a decorative element, the master sets up a test tube filled with coffee beans, it gives a special charm to the stand, and its purpose also becomes clear.
You can install glass elements, and spoons. Then put paper filters in their storage place.
The author sets one of the filters in a funnel, pours ground coffee, and pours boiling water.
After a couple of minutes, fresh filtered coffee filled the flask. You can enjoy aromatic coffee and the appearance of homemade!
This is the beauty that the master has!
Thanks to the author for the original idea and its implementation!
The only thing that can be supplemented is to put rubber rings on the soles of the sole so that the structure does not slip on the surface.
Good luck to everyone, good mood and beautiful homemade products!
