New soldering iron on the battery. Continuation and end.

Hey. I close the topic of a soldering iron on acb. It was interesting and informative to bring the idea to an embodiment in metal and plastic. In the end, it turned out what happened.

I will not rant especially. The main thing is in the video.

I apologize for the quality of the video, I’m never a director!
This article contains BASIC data. Now it controls the Atmega328 solder, information is displayed on the OLED display. The case is also new and also printed on a 3D printer.

Printed circuit board.

Minimum changes to the circuit. In the scheme, you need to remove R23, R24 and C3.

I charge the battery with a homemade charger with a built-in driver. I discharge the battery to about 3 volts.
For firmware in PonyProg, check the box in 8MHz fuses, internal generator:

OLED display 0.91 128x32 like this:

Size 0.91 inch 128 columns and 32 rows. It costs the Chinese 120-150r. It has only 4 contacts, 2-power and 2-data lines. The information on the display is clearly visible in any ambient light, which is what this display captivated me with. Well, also its miniature size.
About the sting described in a previous article. Field workers can be used any, for illumination on a current up to 100mA, for a heater more than 2A (better 5-50A). The same goes for the 3.3 volt stabilizer. You just need to look so that the pinout and type of case match.

There is one. It is necessary to fix, but once. The sting does not seem to heat up and is good. I use it slowly, now the laser grower without a case is also on the MD Terminator a similar 128x64 oled display as something like a hodograph now in plans to test. And a bunch of stuff.I can’t wait to get to my desktop.

thanks for the response.
I figured out the display - I’ve probably tried the tenth, I didn’t even understand how.
everything worked, but another byak got out:
after it worked and turned off, he blinked the display and the LED for about 5 times, and turned on again - by the timer for about 4 hours.
maybe I didn’t understand what with fuses - these are: LOW 0xE2; HIGH 0xD9; EXTENDED 0xFA.
but even with such a crippled instrument, it’s a decent tool.
please see the fuses.
thanks.

There should be no difference. There may be problems on the breadboard, if the contact is poor, the display will not work, verified. The contact on all connectors should be good both at the time of display initialization and during operation, if not, the display is black. If during initialization the contact on all connectors is good, and then on any of them it is momentarily bad, the display will freeze at best. Nutrition 3.3. Check datasheet arduins where sda scl exit. they must be connected to the corresponding terminals of the ice display. It is necessary. Most likely they just need to be swapped and rebooted.

Hello.
interesting little thing. interested. asked mega bought a display, sketched on a breadboard - it doesn’t seem.
mega is not fresh but on SCL, SDA bursts of pulses are available and PWM is regulated normally, and the display is Malevich’s “black square”.
noticed that on your display the contacts -SDA and SCL - but on my -SDA and SCK- does it matter or not? How can I check the display for serviceability?
help me please !!! I’m not strong enough.
