Manufacturing process.
The first is the choice of threads for making the lampshade. An important feature - and advice - take a regular filter for the first stage, from polypropylene threads. It is much cheaper than any other coarse thread. PVA glue in a plastic bottle is still required.
Now inflate a regular ball or ball.
Then we glue the plastic lid of the can of paint with tape to the ball, and wrap it with several layers of packing tape.
The most important decision of this homemade product is to punch a hole in the bottom of a bottle of PVA glue, stretch a coarse rope from there, then fill the container with glue. It is better to put the filter reel in a basin or in a bottle scrap to avoid tangling the thread.
Now the master begins to wind the thread on the form.
Moreover, the thread passing through this tricky devicewetted with glue automatically. Here is a device that helps to wind the thread on the form.
After winding, you need to hang the workpiece to dry. Yes, removing the desktop also does not hurt.
A few days passed. Now you need to carefully separate the surface of the film and the workpiece.

One ball from an expensive coarse thread came out yellowish, and the second from a regular water filter is simply snow-white! Moreover, an ordinary thread gives a very unpleasant effect - it nap, and the product looks hairy.
What is left? - find a suitable lampholder and lamp.
And here the master goes in a non-standard way. He bought a pot and a stand for it at a flower shop.
Then he drills them in the center with a step drill.
Even as a decor, the author painted a regular CD-ROM in white. To strengthen the structure, he also uses a steel washer painted with spray paint.
Now you can collect all the structural elements. The only thing the author forgot to say is the installation of the sleeve. He sawed it off from a brass tube and slightly flared edges. Then he assembled the upper part of the lamp.

Then, tying the wire to the knot, the author fixes the upper bowl.
But during tests and checks, the author came to a different decision. Just install the plate on the wire, securing it through a rubber cambric.
It turns out a lamp in the style of a straw hat.
