On the eve of the new year, everyone wants to create an appropriate atmosphere in the house. Especially if you have small children.

Manufacturing process.
We take an ordinary board, it would be so rough to shave it a little ... We grind with a grain of 40 then 80 and then 120 using an orbital sander.
We get a smooth board, that's better, even now.
Then we dissolve it to a width of 55 mm using a miter saw, securing the board to the table with screws.
Now we fix the boards to the table with clamps. We carefully polish the boards from the ends, otherwise the author’s customer is very serious, he will also reject it.
Next, mark the radii and round off the wide boards at the ends with a jigsaw.
We grind the ends of the board with sandpaper.
Everything is ready - received 4 boards with a length of 1580 mm.
Three boards 1220 mm long.
Two boards 410 mm long.
And also two corners with a length of 340 mm.
While the customer sleeps, it's time to assemble the design itself.
The master polished the boards in advance, especially all corners. Then he assembled the whole structure together and checked all the connections. Then he brought them home we see - everything worked out neatly, assembled on furniture corners.
In the upper part of the structure there are two braces, all screws and corners will be hidden inside, and nothing will be visible from the outside.
The author also bought a battery-powered garland - it is safe for young children. How much will shine is not known.
Further, cutting is made from previously purchased fabric, then it is sewn already in place.
It so happened that the work was completed only at 6 in the morning. It took a lot of time, but it turned out a good result. And in the dark it looks interesting.
The guy wakes up in the morning and does not believe his eyes that he now has his own house, that he no longer needs to be built from a blanket or sheet, and other other suitable material.
Here is a children's house turned out by the author. Even a window for good ventilation is provided.
