"Christmas went wrong," yes, that is exactly what the master called this comic composition. So, what went wrong? -))) On the composition, we see that Santa Claus is stuck in the chimney, the deer is entangled in a garland, and the elf is hanging on the ledge. In addition, Santa's sack was torn and gifts scattered from it and stuck in the trees. The master made all these figures himself. And how he is doing this, we will consider below.

Step One: Chimney
First, the master makes a chimney frame from the rails. The roof has a slope, so the base of the frame with a slope. In addition, on the roof, a high parapet and pipe must be made quite high.
The frame will be lined with foam. Cut polystyrene to size. Grounded.
Adds a decorative element.
Glues the tape on the foam imitating a masonry seam of a brick wall. Paints bricks. In the last photo on the left is the work of the master, on the right is a brick wall.
Step Two: Santa Claus Feet
First, the master measured the legs of a person and made a joint from a rack in size.
Then he wrapped the legs of the model with plastic wrap and wrapped it with tape in several layers. Outlined a cut line along the leg. Gently cut the tape and freed the legs of the model, and then glued the resulting blanks again.
Prepares shoes. Wraps shoes in black plastic bags and tightly fixes with black tape. He puts shoes on his legs and tightly fixes. Sets feet in position. Covers the top with cardboard. Fills the feet with foam.
He makes trouser legs from fabric and white fur and puts them on his feet.
This is the second project of the master with Santa's legs.In the first version, a cable was fixed to the rails and an engine from the "wipers" was installed. When you turn on the motor, Santa dangled his feet-))) You can watch the video.
Step Three: Deer
Now let's start making deer. The wizard sets the foam sheet vertically. Using a projector, a deer image is projected onto the surface of a sheet. Next, the master cuts four blanks of deer from four sheets:
layer 1: head, body
layer 2: front horns, head, body, front legs and tail
layer 3: head, body and tail
layer 4: back horns, head, body, hind legs
Then the layers are glued together.
At the last stage, the master polishes the horns, strengthens them with white glue and fixes the deer on the head.
The figure of the deer is ready, now you need to fix it. For fasteners, the master uses lumber and a "lighthouse" for plastering.
It remains to sheathe a deer with fur.
Step Four: Elf
Elf master also cut out of polystyrene. Glued hair, dressed up and fixed on the wall.
Step Five: Gifts
Gifts are also made of polystyrene wrapped in gift wrap.
All is ready. It remains only to fix the composition.
