Hello! This is my first post, I don’t really know how to format it correctly, but I hope that my author’s homemade you will like it. I myself am the author of the GUZZI channel, soon there will be a video on the channel about this column. So let's get started.
Stage 1
You need to find the case, I have a Soviet outlet with dimensions of 65x65x30 mm, there are also round ones, but I took a square one as there is more space in it to accommodate components, or rather the entire filling.
Stage 2
Stuffing: I have a pam8403 amplifier, a 40 mm speaker, a switch, LEDs, a charger for tp4056, a battery, a 3.5 mm mini jack socket.
Stage 3
Punching all the holes you need.
But of course, as without failures.
Everything is decided by a piece of plastic, which I glued on top and again made holes for the LEDs and the switch. So you also need to grind the surface for painting.
Stage 4
Putty and painting. But since I went to do it all after the New Year’s holiday, of course I blunted and painted, and then I found shoals that I need to smooth over with putty. Then I painted matte black.
Stage 5
The assembly of the filling, I didn’t even draw the circuit as everything is very primitively simple, I think you can handle it.
That's all done, you can write a comment and I will help you.
