Manufacturing process.
So, the first thing the master clamps the old wrench in a vice, and cuts off the head of the wrench.
Then he makes a longitudinal incision along one edge of the workpiece.
The resulting groove is processed by a file.
At the end of the second part of the key, a notch is made.
Then grinds part of the handle material to the groove thickness.
Inserts a handle into the head, applies marking, and drills a hole for the M8 bolt.
Then it collects the received parts together.
That is the principle of operation of such a mechanism.
With a standard hex head, the key copes perfectly.
There was also no problem turning the round-head pulley.
And the wing nut also loosens easily!
