Hello everybody. Probably everyone knows about such an indispensable miracle unit as a car. At the word car, some imagine a car, while others (especially those who live in the village) know that this is a two-wheeled or one-wheeled miracle that stands behind their barn. Wheelbarrow unrealistically simplifies the work, saving your time, nerves and strength. When you need to move manure or bricks, a wheelbarrow will be the best solution. But when there is a lot of material that needs to be transferred or one thing needs to be transferred, but difficult especially when the path lies through dirt, snow, slush, etc. That car is unlikely to save, of course you can pull yourself up to call a brother, friend, neighbors to help or you can transfer material to the car here are many ways. One such way I will share with you.

Whispering the Internet, I came across an interesting homemade one master who combined a motor cultivator and a wheelbarrow. Having made a motor-car, this home-made one can easily transfer heavy objects almost without straining and working in pleasure. Today I will show you how to make such a homemade product. I’ll tell you right away that in manufacturing, you need at least the slightest experience in welding. So if you do not have experience, and even worse there is no welding. Then go call your brother, neighbors, etc., or turn on the car if you have access.

So for the manufacture of this homemade product you will need some materials, namely:

1. Motocultivator
2. Wheels for cars
3. Sheet of iron, aluminum or steel
4. Profile pipes
5. Pipes
6. Welding machine, drill, durka it d

Step 1. Nozzle for attaching the wheel to the cultivator











At this stage, a nozzle is made for mounting the wheels on the cultivator. Two tubes are taken for the manufacture, one must go to the cultivator, and the other to the wheel. The author did not find the necessary pipe for attachment to the cultivator, so he cut the pipe longer along and squeezed in a vice. The tubes are welded one into another. Now two holes are drilled for mounting to the cultivator and to the wheel.

Step 2: Wheel Swivel












Wheelbarrows need wheels with circular motion. The swivel mechanism is made of pieces of a steel plate.Four square pieces and four rectangular pieces must be cut from the plate. A hole is drilled in the square parts, a washer is put on the bolt, then one plate, the washer and another plate. One plate is welded to the bolt and to the washer, the other should move. Holes are drilled in rectangular plates and these plates are attached to the wheel as shown in the pictures. It remains only to weld rectangular plates to square ones. This is how the turning mechanism for the wheels turned out. You probably didn’t understand anything, but don’t worry, there will be a video below, everything is clearly shown there.

Step 3. Wheelbarrow






























The next step is to make the car itself, for this, a frame is made of profile pipes. Wheels (which were made in 2 steps) are welded to the frame, as seen in the photo or video. Now the wheelbarrow is attached to the cultivator, for this a square profile of the required dimensions is welded onto the wheelbarrow frame, drilled and fixed to the wheelbarrow with a bolt. The sheet of metal bends under the shape that you see in the pictures. The bottom is created, now you need to make the sidewalls. The bent sheet lies sideways on another sheet and the desired shape of the sidewalls is marked with a spray can of paint. The sides are cut at the mark and are welded to the bottom, thus turning a wheelbarrow bucket. Loops are welded to the bucket, then the loops are welded to the bucket. A handle is made for the bucket so that it is easy to tip the bucket.

Step 4. Testing




Wheelbarrow weak design, is unlikely to withstand heavy weights (this is my opinion). Also, if you strengthen the frame and the bucket by putting larger wheels, then the homemade product will serve not only as a car, but also as trailer for a car, motorcycle, etc. You can watch the testing of this homemade video.
