DIY transformer stand for hot items

Hello dear readers and the inhabitants of our site!
In this article, the creator of YouTube channel "Creates DIY" will tell you how quickly and easily you can make a compact and stylish transformer stand for hot kitchen utensils.

For this homemade product you will not need as many tools as the author - you can do with a smaller arsenal.

Materials
- Steel bar 8 mm
- Juniper wood
- Chipboard chip
- Wood screws.

Instruments, used by the author.
- Screwdriver, drill
- Grinder, cutting disc
- Petal stripping disc
- Electric jigsaw.
- Square
- clamp
- Gas-burner
- metal brush
- Hammer, vise
- Roulette, marker, sandpaper.

Manufacturing process.
First of all, the author picked up a disc from the grinder, suitable around the circumference for homemade work. I measured its length with a rope, and transferred the marking to a steel bar.

Cut the workpiece to the desired length.

An attempt to knock rust, and clean it by hand with sandpaper failed.

Even holding the bar in the chuck of a screwdriver, sandpaper did not cope with rust.

But the grinder with the petal disk won. After she had to polish a little fine sandpaper.

From a piece of chipboard, the author cut a circle of the same diameter, and screwed it to the table with screws.

Then he began to bend the bar manually.

Where the efforts of the hands were not enough, he finished off the ring with a hammer through a piece of wood.

So, the first part of the stand is ready.

Then he put the markings on the board, in places of radial fillet he used the puck as a template.
If you take juniper or fruit trees, it will have a pleasant smell when it is heated.

He pressed the workpiece to the table, and cut out the details with an electric jigsaw.

Then the author smoothed out all the sharp edges on the petal disk.

Now, to give an interesting shade, it burns the workpiece with a gas burner. The same can be done in other ways.

The next step is to clean the charred surfaces with a metal brush.

This is such a beautiful texture. Items will slide less on the petals.

Now it drills holes of slightly larger diameter in the workpieces than a bar.

He puts the petals on the ring, bends it to the end.

Here's a makeshift stand and you're ready! This is the first option for large diameters of a pot or teapot.

And so, the stand will take up almost half the space, and a small bucket or coffee pot will fit comfortably on it.

Here is such a stylish thing turned out by the author, it is convenient to hang it on a hook.

Thanks to the author for the simple but useful device for kitchen!

All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!

just one photo was enough, the rest is already clear, I think the morons of the homemade product are not interested
