An original gift for a man with a surprise

Probably the author of this homemade, a friend invited on his birthday.
Then our hero got a gift, in the form of a bottle of an alcoholic drink, a fairly well-known brand of the manufacturer. But simply giving the bottle to the author seemed somehow trite. So apparently this idea was born, to enclose alcohol in a kind of packaging, and even with a little surprise. The thing is that when the birthday boy opens the top cover of the package, he will be very surprised at the difficulty of removing the bottle from the box. Yes, yes, to get to the alcohol you will need to unscrew about a hundred nuts. But you can otmazatsya from guests who probably want to try this drink, and leave it only for yourself beloved dance2 Or this option is possible when guests want to cope together with packaging that will undoubtedly attract the attention of all guests. mda
Let's look at the process of making such a wonderful gift together.

Materials and tools.
-Armature diameter 6mm (12pcs * 265mm)
10mm open-end wrench
- Metal sheet 3mm
-Bottle of elite alcohol
-M6 nut (97pcs)
-Bulgarian
-Welding machine
-Drill
-Paint
-Grinder (you can do with a grinder)

Manufacturing process.
So, let's begin. In order to enclose a bottle in a grate, it (grate) must first be boiled. The author will use rebar with a diameter of 6mm. He cuts 12 pieces of reinforcement, 265mm long. The ends of the reinforcement grind on the grinder.

Then, at one end of all fittings, the author cuts the M6 thread. At first, the author does this manually, but then to speed up the process, the master clamps the fittings in a screwdriver, puts machine oil on the end of the fittings. So the process goes much faster. Thread length should be 40mm. Although the more you leave the threads, the more surprise nuts you can screw on not later derisive

For the next stage, 3mm thick metal is needed. From the remainder of the sheet of metal, the author cuts two squares 90x90mm

Now in the squares you need to drill holes for the rods. The author drills the holes according to the scheme that he depicted on paper. But do not forget that this scheme is suitable for a specific bottle of alcohol. The author drew the diagram simply by putting a bottle on a sheet in a box and putting marks on its perimeter, taking into account the thickness of the reinforcement.

The author makes a marking, kernit places of future holes, and drills holes with a diameter of 6 mm.

Now the author needs to weld the reinforcement to one of the squares, he will subsequently be the basis of the package. In order to make the future lattice for the bottle even, the author hammers the fittings into the lower square and temporarily puts on the thread a second metal square on top of the thread. Welds the studs on the back of the product.

Further, the author makes the upper box, under which he will hide studs with a lot of wound nuts. To do this, he cuts the blanks from the same metal as the squares already made. One square ≈92x92mm in size and four rectangles ≈92x45mm.

The depth of the resulting box should be 40-45mm, the upper square should enter the box, that is, there should be a distance of 91-92 mm between the inner walls of the box. After the box is welded, the author polishes it on the grinder.

In the center of the cover you need to drill a hole with a diameter of 6mm.
In the upper square, the author also drills a hole in the center and welds a stud with M6 thread, the height of the stud is 50mm. On this hairpin the product cover will be held.

To fix the cover to the upper plate, the author will use a valve from a water tap, into which a nut is inserted. Although you can use the usual lamb.

Now you can paint the product, but before painting we check all the details for the absence of nicks and sharp edges of the metal, grind if any. The author chose a black paint; a black grate will go well with this bottle.

Well, here the paint has dried, almost everything is ready, it remains the case for small, just to pack a gift. True, this procedure will have to spend a lot of time, but it will be worth it.

The author places a precious gift between the bars of the lattice, puts on the upper square and goes to the fascinating procedure of screwing nuts. In total, the author takes 96 nuts and an unknown amount of time.

By the way, you need to give the birthday man at least some tool to extract the contents from the package. The author leaves a wrench under the cover. Having previously cut off the unnecessary side of the key, coloring it and of course not forgetting to tie a festive bow.

Now you can put on the cap and tighten.

This completes the homemade packaging for alcohol. I think the birthday boy will be immensely happy with such an unusual and very entertaining smile a gift. Personally, I would be very happy with this.
In general, I think this homemade good.

On this I say goodbye to you, I hope for your positive comments.
Good luck to everyone and good mood !!! And remember, excessive drinking is harmful to your health. shok

it was necessary to make nuts on both sides, and weld the reinforcement, so that after unscrewing it was a bummer. well and put the whiskey singed to finish it off.
Unfortunately I am not the author of this homemade !!!
I am completely outsider.
Just walked by, saw, became interested.
Yes, even though brewing by welding !!!!
There’s even an old song! "Hide behind a high fence girls a bottle ... " smile
And so you can put in a prominent place and enjoy
The author clearly positions the product:
gift for man
smile
Why a hammer and a basin, if there is a grinder !!!
After a hammer and a grinder, this product will cease to be a gift, but will turn into scrap metal. And so you can put in a prominent place and enjoy. In the end, it’s not a bottle that only God knows what. The point is originality, it is one thing to pull it out of your pocket and put it in the hands of the hero of the occasion, another thing is the product, and I do not believe that someone will not be interested in and even at least not turn in the hands, even women
And what a hammer, and with the help of a hammer you can turn any machine, even an airplane, into scrap! There isn’t much brains here !!!
And to drink alcohol, there are several ways.
It is necessary to drill a hole from above (you can go sideways, as it is more convenient) under the tube, as you drilled the top plate, remove steel filings (with a magnet), drill the bottle cap, insert the tube, turn over the dishes and shake (otherwise nothing).
Also hemorrhoids, but to whom it is more convenient. And if you put two tubes, to blow air into one and the other to admire how moisture is dripping, then there will be less hemorrhoids !!!.
Yes, even though brewing by welding !!!! I don’t have a hammer and pelvis of the right size? )))) pardon . Or such a problem then strain? )))))))
Not! You are not friends !!! You run into a problem and that's it !! ... At point-blank range you don't see non-standard solution methods! Everything you need "according to the written" is necessary! ...))))

You can significantly complicate the product to remove the bottle!
If you use studs not in the reinforcement but in the upper and lower plates, cut the thread.
Then, to remove the bottle, it will also be necessary to unscrew the studs, and if the studs are screwed alternately (through one) from above and from below, then removing the bottle will generally be a crap!

No, well, that's too cruel smile . You are my friend just heartless derisive
