Good day to all. Today, the author of the channel “yachka ci gan” will share with us how he collected tandoor from a barrel. I think this homemade useful to many who live in the private sector or have a summer house. In the tandoor you can cook many different dishes.
For this homemade work, the author needed the following materials:
Metal barrel 200 l.
Bricks.
Furnace grate.
Sheet metal.
Fireproof mix for laying stoves and fireplaces.
Old car tire.
Garage loop.
Knitting wire.
Screws with a drill for metal.
Instruments:
Angle grinder
Stone cutting wheel
Metal cutting wheel
Pliers
Welding machine
Electrodes
Master OK.
First of all, the author half dug the tire into the ground. And poured a solution into it. This will be the foundation for the tandoor.
And while the foundation dries, the author proceeded to the tandoor itself. On the wall, slightly departing from the bottom, the author made a small rectangular hole.
Made for an early sheet metal frame, set it on a barrel and fixed it with self-tapping screws.
After cropped, the protruding edges of the screws.
Then, set the barrel on the foundation.
And he proceeded to the laying of bricks. The first row of bricks was laid at the bottom of the barrel, filling the bottom completely.
The author poured the space between the bricks with a solution.
The author laid out the second row, already leaving a place under the grate.
Before applying the mortar, the author made a strapping of bricks with wire.
The third row was laid with a slight indentation.
Then set the grate.
Fourth row, circular brickwork.
After tying the brick with wire.
Pouring mortar into the voids between the bricks. The next row is on the same principle.
Sixth row.
And the last seventh row.
After that, a door was installed on the frame, which the author also made, earlier from sheet metal.
The author did not bother with the lid, and made it also out of sheet metal, simply by cutting out a piece of the right size.
The author is pleased with the result of his homemade work.
And that’s all for me. Thank you all and see you soon!
