Manufacturing process.
So, for the manufacture of this nozzle you need an old chain from a chainsaw.
The author tries on a section of the chain to the clamping nuts of the grinder. A 4-tooth section is required.
Slices a finger with a file.
Then he drills his fingers, and disconnects the chain.
The author will use a sharpened bolt as a finger.
Inserts it into the chuck of a screwdriver, and measures the required length. Then he cuts it off with a hacksaw, simply turning on the screwdriver.
Breaks off the filed workpiece, sets into place in the chain.
Rivets the edges of the finger on the anvil.
He puts the chain on the grinder, tightens the nut.
So the nozzle is ready.
Now you can try it in practice. Gnaws the material very well.
