Manufacturing process.
So, the author picked up a brass connector for the motor shaft and axis.
Now, from the PVC pipes, you need to build the foundation of the structure and determine the place of entry of the axis into it.
Using silicone sealant, the author collects an angular transition.
Having tried the engine and axis on the structure, it cuts off the excess.
Then marks the necessary length of the axis.
Now it cuts off the axis, and finishes off its end a little.
Finds a piece of tin strip and a sleeve to fix the axis.
Levels a tin, marks future blades.
Drills a hole with a step drill, tries on an axis to it.
It cuts the impeller, makes cuts between the blades, and slightly bends them.
Then it cleans the soldering place. Sharpen the edges of the blades.
Using flux and solder, solder the impeller with the axis.
A little more bends the blades at an angle.
Drills an opening for an axis in an angular transition.
Now adjusts the sleeve in the shape of a bevel.
It mixes the components of the epoxy resin, glues the sleeve into place.
Starts assembling all the elements together.
Fastens the engine holder to the top of the pipe with ties, tightens the engine.
Now fixes the shaft and axis through the adapter.
It remains only to solder the power wires, and the pump is ready.
