Good day to all. Today, the author of the Ildar Sunagatullin YouTube channel will show how he made a snow scraper from a children's tricycle and a sheet of metal.
Materials:
Old tricycle bike.
Sheet metal.
Steel pipe 3⁄4.
Profile pipe 20 to 40.
Bolts and nuts.
Instruments:
Circle petal
Angle grinder

Plate bending machine
Cutting wheel for metal
Semi-automatic welding
Drilling machine
Drill.
The author will remove everything unnecessary from the bicycle.
After the master from a metal sheet, cut off a piece with the following dimensions: width-880 mm., Height-370 mm.
Processed the edges with a petal circle.
Then, with the help of the machine, he gave the workpiece the desired shape.
Then he cut off a piece from the profile pipe.
After from sheet metal, the master cut off two not large squares.
Then he made two holes in the workpiece from a profile pipe.
And four holes in square sheet metal blanks.
After the square blanks, the author installed on the profile and fixed with bolts and nuts.
Then the profile was welded to the workpiece with wheels, as shown in the photo.
Then on the curved sheet I found the center and welded it to the square blanks.
Then he made a pen from the pipe. The length of which is 1300 mm.
Fitting.
And fixing the handle by welding.
Bucket rotation can be adjusted (three positions).
Here is the finished scraper.
