Manual milling cutter from the motor from the washing machine and a pair of shock absorbers


Good time to all friends. I want to share my homemadewhich I collected from the motor from a washing machine and a pair of automobile shock absorbers.

Materials:
- engine from the washer;
- a pair of front shock absorbers VAZ2101;
- a cartridge for a drill;
- metal plate;
- start button from an old drill;
- self-tapping screws, hairpin, lamb from the faucet.

Instruments:
- grinder;
- welding;
- screwdriver;
- hammer;
- pliers;
- nippers;
- screwdrivers.

So, I started manufacturing from the fact that I first connected the engine to the network and checked for operability, then in the on state I began to grind the pulley on the motor shaft to the size I needed in order to put the cartridge from the drill on the shaft:

When the chuck for clamping the cutter is installed at its workplace, we proceed to the preparation of shock absorbers, or rather we cut off all unnecessary from them:

After the excess iron is cut off, we can fasten the racks to the engine with a pair of screws and a piece of wire (personally, I had no other idea except for the wire):


So, the racks were fixed, welded to the metal platform, gentlemen, comrades, we can use it:
