Bucket manufacturing process:
Step one. Chop materials
We begin to search for the necessary materials, we need boards of the same thickness, the author used different trimmings. To get all the boards of the same thickness, the author drove them through the thicknesser.
Step Two Bottom
We make the bottom for the bucket, to obtain the material you need the area to glue two or more boards. Well, then draw a circle with compasses and cut it out. For cutting, the author used a tape cutting machine. The edges of the circle must be sharpened so that they are narrow and go into the groove, here the author works with a planer.
Step Three Bucket Build

We make grooves under the bottom in the blanks, and now the bucket can be assembled. To do this, we need a masking tape or other adhesive tape. We simply assemble the bucket first flat on the table, gluing the boards with tape, and then raise, fold and have a finished bucket.
In the end, it remains to glue the bottom, here we need carpentry or similar glue, to increase the strength and tightness of the connection, we add small sawdust to the glue. We tighten the bucket and let the glue dry.
Step Four Headbands
We make rims for the bucket, they will hold the boards, and also compress them, removing the gaps at the joints.Here we need iron plates, and we will bend them by cold forging. We take a hammer and beat along one edge of the plate, it immediately begins to twist from uneven internal stresses. Thus, we get the rims of the right size, and weld the ends.
We carefully press the fabricated rims onto the bucket, now it is strong and tight, and when water gets into it and the tree expands, the structure will become even more tight and strong.
Step Five Pen and test
To begin with, we will make two ears, for which we will cling to the handle. They need to be cut out of an iron plate. We will fix the ears to the bucket with screws and nuts, drill holes in the bucket and fasten.

We bend the wire and install the handle on the bucket. Now it is ready for testing! Pour water into a bucket, it holds it without problems, but everything looks masterpiece!
