Good day to all dear friends! In today's article, I would like to show you and talk about a rather interesting idea homemadewhich will be very easy to do do it yourself.
I think many have encountered a situation where it was necessary to mix something, but this must be done very carefully, or without interacting with the solution. In chemistry, a very interesting device is used to create solutions, this is a kind of stand on which a vessel with liquid is placed, the stand is turned on, and, miraculously, the liquid in the vessel begins to rotate, creating a small whirlpool. After which, it becomes much easier to make a solution.
In this device, there is nothing beyond complex and unusual, but it will not be superfluous, on the contrary, it can become your assistant, both in the kitchen and in your constant experiments and deeds.
Well, well, I think you should not delay with a long introduction, we drove.
And so, for this device we need:
- 9 volt crown battery
- small electric motor
wire
rotary switch based on a variable resistor
off button
-corrugated cardboard
-Neodymium magnets
- small sheet of plywood
connector for crown
Of the tools we will also need:
soldering iron
hotmelt
electric drill
pencil or marker
line
Well then, let's begin. First of all, it is necessary to solder all the electrical elements into an electric circuit, or rather: solder the connector from the crown to two wires, which, in turn, solder to the switch and rotary switch (as I understand the author of the homemade product, ordered it on Aliexpress), the usual switch is also solder to the rotary, well, and solder the motor to the voltage output on the rotary switch.
We are testing the electrical circuit and if the motor speed is regulated, and from the button it turns on and off, then everything is done correctly and you can continue:
Now take corrugated cardboard, a ruler and a pencil. With their help, it is necessary to draw several details on a cardboard sheet. There is nothing complicated, just, for a start, cut out a rectangle from a sheet of cardboard, and then draw it as shown in the photo below. Then we cut out the resulting details. Everything should turn out as in the photo below.
Then we need to glue all the resulting parts into one box. This is also not difficult to do.By the way, the author of the homemade product uses double cardboard for greater reliability of the design, if you do not have such a cardboard, you can simply glue a single-layer cardboard in two layers, it will be even stronger.
It is also necessary to make two slots in one of the walls of the box: one rectangular for the switch and one round for the variable resistor. We insert the parts into our holes and install the whole electronics inside the box:
We insert an electric motor into the remaining cardboard part, having previously cut a hole into it for it, do not forget about hot-melt adhesive.
We cover the whole structure with this billet and glue it with hot glue:
And so, now you need to take a sheet of strong plywood. Using a ruler and a pencil, make three marks at a distance of 17 mm from each other. Then, either with a thick drill or with a special nozzle on the drill, we drill two through and even holes. It is important to note that the holes need to be made at the two extreme marks, leaving the central so far alone. After drilling two n \ small holes, we take a larger nozzle (I don’t know the name, I know, please write in the comments) and drill a new round workpiece exactly in the center. It should make a small plywood circle, with two round holes opposite each other. You also need to cut another one of the same circle, but without two holes on the sides, with only one in the center. These two plywood blanks must be glued together with a paint or PVA glue, and in the side holes you need to insert and glue on a neodymium magnet, but with opposite poles up:
The previous plywood blank must be put on and then glued to the axis of the electric motor in the main structure.
Testing if it rotates smoothly, then everything is done correctly and you can continue:
All of the same corrugated cardboard, we make a cone-shaped blank that needs to be glued over a plywood blank with magnets, but it should still rotate freely:
Decorate homemade:
Now we need a small metal wire or just a paper clip. A wire or paper clip, you need to twist into a ball:
That's it! A simple contactless stirrer is ready and you just have to test it. To do this, just take any small vessel with liquid, throw a twisted paper clip into it, turn on the unit and that's it, you can fill in sugar, for example, and it will mix itself. Such a device will be very useful to chemists and just housewives in everyday work, the thing is really useful and I think it can even surprise someone.
Here is a video from the author with a detailed assembly and testing of this homemade product:
And if you have long wanted to get a good headset, then please rate my review for good model (of course, who wants):
Well, thank you all for your attention and good luck in future projects, friends!
