When you have decided on the motor, you need to make a nozzle. At first I cut out a circle, and then I began to grind it slowly on a grinding machine, to the size I needed. Now we need to somehow attach this nozzle to the engine. I initially had an iron pulley on the engine, and I could not remove it without a puller. I had to grind the edge and then insert.
So, we have assembled the motor, now we need to connect electronics. I had 3 wires coming from the power supply: + - and some more, I still did not understand why it was needed. I put the terminals on these wires and punched them with a hammer. On the power supply we need two terminals, i.e. like mom.
By the way, I forgot to say, be sure to use heat shrink, or electrical tape.
And on the engine, we need 1 connector type mom and type 1 dad. We also attach them.
Now the turn has come to the button, I took from the old microwave. It is designed for high voltage and high current, it is without fixing. You can take any. We attach a button to the clamp, but it seems better to me with electrical tape, because it will be safer and will not slip in my hands during long work.
Now it’s up to small. Connect all the wires, but everything is simple: the button has 2 outputs, take one wire (any) and connect to the button. And on the second button contact we connect any wire from the power supply. Well, we connect the remaining ones with each other.And that’s it!
